DEPOSIT: 30% Non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. For hourly rates, deposit is based on estimated total with initial deposit of 30% and second deposit of 50% of the estimated fee due before the start of the event.

BALANCE: Final payment due on the day of the event PRIOR to it's start. For hourly rates, the remaining balance is due before delivery of gallery/images.

CANCELLATION: Full refund (minus the deposit) if canceled more than 10 days before the event; No refunds if canceled within 10 days.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the photographer has the necessary permissions, credentials, and access to the venue or event location. This includes securing any required permits, passes, or admission tickets for the photographer to enter and operate within the designated areas. The client must coordinate with the event organizers or venue management to ensure compliance with all access requirements.

The photographer will not be held liable for any delays, missed coverage, or inability to perform the contracted services due to the lack of proper permissions or access not being provided by the client. If the photographer is denied entry or access to the event or field for any reason, no refund will be issued, and the full agreed-upon fee will still be payable.

LOCAL COVERAGE: Free within a 25-mile radius of Burleson, TX.

EXTENDED TRAVEL: $0.70 per mile for locations beyond 25 miles.

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL: Client responsible for travel and accommodation costs for events required overnight stays.
